Customers who traveled the Expressway prior to 4/4/2025 must contact the Chesapeake Expressway Administrative Office by phone at 757-382-2599 during normal business hours to access their account balance.

Important Notice

E-ZPass customers are advised to ensure that the information on their E-ZPass account is up-to-date (i.e. positive balance, license plate(s) information, address, phone number, etc.). Incorrect Information or a negative balance on your E-ZPass account may prevent a toll facility from successfully deducting tolls from your E-ZPass account resulting in a toll violation.

Your toll-by-plate invoice will be mailed to the address associated with your DMV vehicle registration.

License Plate State:

Invoice Number is required and must be ten digits long including leading zeros. Plate Number is required. Plate State is required.
